How the Partnership Works

Manage compliance, reporting, and government-facing requirements
Handle invoicing and contract administration
Important:
Sable Performance Solutions retains full prime responsibility, contract control, and compliance oversight on all agreements.
This is not a certification “rental” arrangement. All partnerships are structured to withstand agency, SBA, and audit scrutiny.
What We Expect From Partners
All prospective partners must be able to demonstrate:
Active business registration and good standing
Relevant experience in their trade or service area
Required insurance coverage (varies by scope)
Ability to perform work independently and professionally
Willingness to operate under defined scopes and reporting standards
We may request additional documentation depending on contract requirements.
What We Do Not Offer
To be clear, we do not:
Guarantee contract awards
Offer pass-through or paper prime arrangements
Allow subcontractors to control contracts or communicate directly with contracting officers without authorization
Partner with businesses that are not operationally ready
This approach protects all parties and ensures long-term sustainability.
